What is the warranty on a Crinar chair ?
Crinar offers a 1 year warranty on the steel frame, cushions and gliding system against manufacturer’s defects.
How do I take care of my Crinar product ?
Cushions should be professionally cleaned when necessary. The frame can be wiped with a soft cloth to remove dust. A small amount of Vaseline or sewing machine oil may be used around the bearing plates. To ensure a smooth glide, DO NOT USE DEGREASERS LIKE WD-40 on the glide bearings. These grease solvents will dry out the ball bearings and empty their casing of the original lubricant leaving the glide mechanism non functional.
How are Crinar products shipped ?
Crinar products are mostly shipped via FedEx Ground , which gives you a quick and problem free delivery across Canada and the United States.

Crinar builds their frames with a heavy gauge steel which will provide years of trouble free use. Crinar cushions are ergonomically designed and made with high quality components. The highlight of our construction is the use of metal ball bearings and not plastic bushings.
I have had my Crinar chair for so long that now my cushion is starting to wear, can I still get the same cushion made ?
Over time , new cushion models are added to the line and others are discontinued. Replacement cushions can be ordered in current models and fabrics.
What colors can I order my steel frame ?
Depending on the model the 6 following colors are currently available: Black, Burgundy ,Green ,Grey , Oxy or White.
As a dealer , do I have a minimum purchase requirement ?
Absolutely not, this can be an advantage to dealers with minimum storage capacity.
How quickly can I get a Crinar product shipped?
We carry in stock programs which can be very helpful for those last minute orders. For special orders expect a delivery of 3 to 4 weeks.
